Not your average management company

Founded in early 2022, Unreal develops and manages property in real estate markets which are on the cusp of rapid development.

During the depths of the Covid-19 Pandemic we acquired 3 distressed hotel assets in the up-and-coming tourist town of Kuta Lombok and successfully relaunched them as adventure tourism accommodations.

Fast forward 2 years later to 2024 and Unreal has scaled up to 9 properties across 3 destinations totalling 570 beds with Assets under Management of USD 3.3 million.
