Build your career
in paradise.
Join a fast-growing hospitality group operating across Lombok and Bali. Work where most people only dream of vacationing — and grow while you're at it.
WHY UNREAL
More than just a job
Grow Fast
We're a lean, fast-moving team. That means real responsibilities, real impact, and real career growth — faster than at a big corporate hotel chain.
Be Part of a Tight-Knit Team
No corporate politics. No layers of bureaucracy. Just a passionate team that genuinely looks out for each other — across 4 properties and 2 islands.
Work in Paradise
From the surf breaks of Kuta Lombok to the cliffs of Uluwatu — your workplace is where others plan their holidays. That's not a cliché, it's just our Tuesday.
Cross-Property Experience
Work across different brands and property types — a party hostel, a boutique hotel, a surf camp. Build a diverse hospitality skillset most peers can only envy.
Culture of Ownership
We don't micromanage. We set goals, give autonomy, and trust our people to deliver. If you want to own your work and see results, you'll thrive here.
Flexible & Human
We understand that life happens. We build schedules around people, not just occupancy rates — because a well-rested team makes for happy guests.
